Threads scraggly on rim of hat

I do love the colour and style of the hat but the beak or rim of the hat has really awful stitching and is poking out everywhere it’s actually really annoying I can see it out of the corner of my eye and it’s the first time I’ve worn it today and my friend told me I need a lint vaccine thing to clean my hat.. I took it off after that obviously.. I wanted to feel good in my new hat not get told it looks old and worn

Quality Control

This is my third had from Felix and I can definitely tell the quality varies amongst the three and there is no consistency. The latest mental wellness club hat in beige with the blue brim has strangles and non consistent threading in the wording

I live the hat but the stitching is bleeding blue through the cream above the brim

Best Customer Service I have received

I got accidentally sent the wrong hat, and FoF sent me the right hat immediately and told me to keep the hat that was sent wrong. I gave the hat that came wrong to someone who needed a pick me up, and made their day with it. FoF not only made my day, but they also made someone else’s. Thanks guys!

I thought this hat was so cute when I picked it up I didn’t even get a chance to try it on my head before my partner made it his own. Luckily there were more available at a local pop up and I bought myself a second one so now we don’t have to fight about who gets to wear it. Great color, great fit, great message. Love it.
