Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@friendsoffelix.com. You as the customer are responsible for paying for the return shipping label. Friends of Felix will not cover any return costs for items unless the reason for the return is a defective product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We only offer returns and refunds for items that are damaged upon arrival. We inspect every item before shipping to ensure that it is in good standing. We are not able to process returns if the item simply does not fit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only available via in-person pickup unless you, the customer, are willing to cover full shipping label costs.
