Our Why
Created in 2023, Friends of Felix is a lifestyle and fashion brand that focuses on creating conversation around men's mental health.
It's about realizing everything isn't perfect, and that's the way it's supposed to be. It's realizing that the lows of life make the highs that much more pronounced.
We are far from experts or professionals in the field, but we hope to serve as a reminder - check in on those around you, take on life day-by-day, and speak out about your mental well-being.
Our goal is to foster change so that men can express their emotions without hesitation and have the confidence to talk about how they are truly feeling.
Although we are an apparel brand right now, we have much bigger goals than just sell a few hoodies...
Our goal is to be able to create a community and encourage men that it's ok to open up about mental health and that there will be people on the other side to listen to them. At Friends of Felix, we're here to tear down social norms associated with men's mental health, one guy at a time.
Our mission is really quite simple...
1.) Reduce stigma surrounding men seeking help for mental health struggles.
2.) Encourage difficult conversations that would otherwise be swept under the rug.
What is our long term goal?
Our ultimate goal is to be able to make a physical difference in the mental health space. Although donations are great, action is what moves the needle.
We aim to be able to fund counselling, be involved with in person activations at University Campus's nation wide, and lastly provide online resources that are relatable and digestible.
